What is measured
During each session, the app analyzes several factors, such as:
SCORE — your total score
STRIKES — the number of strikes
FORCE — the power of your strikes
ACCURACY — how synchronized you were with the session Set
SPEED — the speed of your strikes
EXERTION — your level of physical effort during the session
