I can’t see my sessions in the BHOUT App

If you can’t see your sessions in the BHOUT App, it usually means that your account is not properly linked yet or that you don’t have any sessions booked.

What to check

1. You used the same email address in both apps
→ the BHOUT App and the BHOUT Club App must use the same email address

2. You already created an account in the BHOUT App
→ having an account in the BHOUT Club App does not automatically create one in the BHOUT App

3. You already confirmed the linking email
→ after registering, you must confirm the email you received

4. You have booked sessions
→ sessions only appear if they have already been scheduled

Still not showing?

  • close and reopen the app

  • check if you are logged into the correct account
