How subscription credits work
If you have a monthly subscription:
Credits are valid during your active billing cycle (30 days)
They must be used within that period
If you book a session scheduled for a date after the end of your current cycle:
→ That session will be deducted from the credits of your next monthly cycle, not the current one.
What happens to unused credits?
If you do not use your credits within the billing cycle:
→ They expire at the end of the period.
What about credit packs?
The same principle applies to credit packs:
Each pack has a specific validity period
Any unused credits expire after that date
I’ll be away. What can I do?
If you know in advance that you won’t be able to use your credits:
→ You can suspend your monthly subscription to avoid losing credits.
