Payments at BHOUT are processed automatically through the BHOUT App.
Monthly plans (subscriptions)
We only accept Direct Debit (SEPA).
The direct debit request is initiated on the day you purchase the plan and every 30 days thereafter.
Credit packs, trial sessions, and personalized sessions
For one-time purchases, we accept card payments.
When making a purchase, you may first see a €0 authorization in your bank account. This is not the actual payment, but simply a card verification.
You will then need to confirm the purchase again within your BHOUT App account to complete the transaction.
