Can I temporarily suspend my subscription?

Yes.
You can request a temporary pause of your BHOUT membership without cancelling it, as long as the applicable conditions are met.

What happens during the pause?

During the pause period:

  • no membership payment will be charged

  • you won’t be able to book or attend sessions

  • any sessions booked during that period will be automatically cancelled

  • your membership will automatically reactivate on the return date you selected

  • if you have an active discount, it will remain active after reactivation

What happens to my credits?

When the pause starts:

  • your remaining credits are frozen

  • the remaining days in your billing cycle are also frozen

When you return:

  • you’ll keep the credits you still had available

  • you’ll continue with the remaining days left in your cycle

Example

If you still had 10 days left in your cycle when the pause started:

→ when you return, you’ll still have those same 10 days to use your remaining credits

After that, your membership will renew normally.

What are the pause conditions?

  • you can pause your membership for up to 60 days per year

  • each pause can last a maximum of 30 consecutive days

  • pauses longer than 30 consecutive days require valid medical justification

  • you cannot have outstanding payments

  • pauses cannot be applied retroactively
