How can I change my plan?

You can change your subscription plan at any time, provided you do so before your monthly renewal date.

How to request a plan change

  • Open the BHOUT App

  • Go to your Membership

  • Select "Manage your plan"

  • Click "Upgrade" if you're upgrading your plan, or "Change" for any other modification

In your request, please mention:

  • The new plan you would like to switch to

  • The date from which you want the change to take effect

Important information

  • Requests must be submitted before your renewal date.

  • If the request is made after renewal, the change will only be applied in the following billing cycle (for downgrades).

  • If you have an active discount, it will remain applied to the new plan.

  • Credits already assigned to your account will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
