BHOUT Session Cancellation Policy

We know unexpected things happen! To help you cancel your sessions without complications, we've created a simple and fair cancellation policy:

How does cancellation work?

  • You can cancel any BHOUT session up to 4 hours before the session starts. If you cancel within this timeframe, the credits you used to book will be automatically returned to your account.

  • If the cancellation is made after these 4 hours, or if you simply don't show up to the session, unfortunately the credits will be charged in full. We call this a "no-show".

How to cancel a session:

  1. Open the BHOUT app.

  2. Go to your bookings list.

  3. Select the session you want to cancel and confirm the cancellation.

In what special cases can BHOUT offer additional credits?

There are some exceptional situations where you can get your credit back if you cancel within the 4-hour period, such as:

  • Emergencies or force majeure (unexpected health or family issues).

  • Technical problems that affect your experience during the session.

  • Changes made by BHOUT to the originally scheduled session (time or cancellation).
