You can cancel a session up to 4 hours before its start time.
If you cancel within this timeframe, the credit will be automatically returned to your account.
If you cancel less than 4 hours before the session starts, or if you do not attend, the credit will be considered used (no-show).

Go to Bookings
Select the session
Confirm the cancellation
⚠️ Exceptions
In exceptional situations, a credit refund may be reviewed, such as:
Medical emergencies
Technical issues at the club
Changes made by BHOUT
In these cases, you should contact the support team.
Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
