How long are BHOUT sessions?

Our classes have a total duration of 45 minutes. But trust us, all Bhouters say it feels like only 15 minutes have passed!

Each class is carefully structured, combining rounds of cardio exercises based on combat sports (such as Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai) with strength moments, all accompanied by a unique environment with personalized music and lighting.

Arrive at the club 10 to 15 minutes before class to prepare calmly and make the most of this incredible experience.

You don't need to bring any special equipment, just comfortable clothes and footwear, and lots of energy!
