What to expect from your first BHOUT session?

Are you about to try a BHOUT session for the first time and want to know what to expect? Relax, we're here to give you all the details and ensure your first experience is unforgettable!

Before the Session

  • Arrive early: Show up at least 15 minutes before to prepare calmly and get to know the club.

  • Dress comfortably: Sports clothes and sneakers are all you need. We provide all the equipment, including training gloves.

  • Bring with you: A water bottle to stay hydrated, towel and personal hygiene products for after the session.

  • No experience? No problem! Sessions are designed for all levels, and our coaches explain all movements in detail.

During the Session

  • Duration: Sessions are 45 minutes full of energy, fun and plenty of sweat (the good kind!).

  • What will you do? You'll practice combat movements (boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai) combined with strength exercises, all to the rhythm of lights and customized music to boost your motivation.

  • What if you can't keep up? Don't worry! You can always take a breather, and your coach will suggest easier alternatives whenever you need them.

After the Session

  • Recover and relax: Use our changing rooms with individual showers and secure lockers.

  • Connect with others: Take time to relax in our "Coffee & Beer Club" with a coffee or beer – but remember, no drinking alone!

Additional tips for first-timers:

  • Don't pressure yourself, go at your own pace and have fun.

  • Remember that everyone was in your position when they started.

The only thing you need to bring is energy and good spirits! See you at the club!
