What to expect from your first BHOUT session?

Your first session is simple, guided, and adapted to your pace.

Before the session

  • Arrive about 15 minutes early.

  • Wear comfortable clothes and trainers.

  • Bring water and a towel.

During the session

  • The session lasts approximately 45 minutes.

  • You’ll learn the movements step by step and integrate them into the game.

  • You can adjust the intensity of your strikes to your own pace.

  • You can take breaks whenever you need to.

After the session

  • You can use the changing rooms.

  • If you'd like, you can stay and socialize with other members at the club.
