From what age can you play at BHOUT?

The minimum age to join BHOUT sessions is 14 years old.

  • From 14 to 15 years old, participation is allowed with supervision from a responsible adult.

  • From 16 years old onwards, you can train independently.

There is no maximum age limit. Participation depends on your physical condition and any medical limitations.

If you have any health concerns, we recommend checking with your doctor before starting.
